Kamala Cars was established in 2001, over the last seven years the vehicle has been developed and productionised to build the car in low volume numbers, which has resulted in the launch of the new KR Series.
In early 2008 we moved into our current 18000sq ft production facility. The new factory enables all of our cars to be hand built, in house, by a small team of passionate, highly skilled individuals. This in turn enables us to keep our quality to a high standard at all times. Within the new facility we are also developing a new five car show room and shop, We aim to hold organised factory visits and test track days by appointment for people to come and see what we do and how we work. The new factory is situated next to Snetterton Race Circuit where the new KR Series car has been developed for track use.
The New KR Series incorporates the patented anti squat and anti dive geometry along with outstanding Kamala performance and a newly developed road and track orientated design.
Moving forward we hope to move our production schedule to one per week within the year and beyond that, enter the cars into a race series. We are also developing an enclosed GT car incorporating a newly developed door design, this is an open ended development and is not limited to a set time scale.
